* License expiration has a $ 25 applicable fee for releasing your account from hold + 4 weeks license paid in advance. If this fee is not paid in full your account will remain on hold.

Notice:

Sponsor error shall be notified to the company within the first 48 hours of entering the mistake.  Once the company receives notification the error shall be corrected within 24 to 72 hours.

Office hours are Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm.  By this meaning, 48 hours on working days.
