You can purchase your TROY VISA Electron Debit card through your TROY personal back office.  Address verification will be required in order to ship the card to your location.

How much does this card service cost?

The cost of this card is of only 29€.

Does it have a monthly fee?

No.  This card does not have a monthly fee.  A unique 10€ payment is charged toward activation.

Can I make immediate use of it when I have received it?

Yes.  Once you receive your debit card you can transfer funds and it can have use made of it in immediate effect.  Notice once funds are transferred the will be a unique 10€ activation fee added + 3% loading fee.  Loading fee will always consist of 3%.  If this fee is to at any time change, information will be displayed on the Official Troy Mgmt. Website.

Is there a maximum amount of funds I can pull out?

Yes.  You may only pull out up to ___________ within a 24 hour time frame.

Is there a maximum amount of funds I can load the card up with?

Yes.  You may only upload 850€.  This is the maximum amount of funds you may keep on your card on a monthly basis.  Notice if funds are used, you may upload additional funds upon your card, however, funds cannot be accumulated adding up to over 850€.

Where can I use my card?

You may use your VISA Electron debit card at any ATM with a VISA logo, as well as for purchases in person, online and/or over the telephone.

Where can I load my card?

You may load your card through your TROY personal back office, with funds on your cash account, credit card, and/or via Wire Transfer.

What happens if I loose my pin number?

This is a very delicate situation.  Be sure you keep your card in a safe place.  If a pin number is lost/forgotten there will be no way to retrieve a new pin number, and funds on card will be kept by the bank. 

What happens when my card expires?  Must I purchase a new one, or will another be automatically be sent to me free of charge?

Once your card expires you will need to request purchase of a new card at full price.

Does the use of the card apply any fees?

Only 10€ activation fee is applicable.  Refer to question number 4 on more information regarding fees.
