KRISTIAN JACOBSEN Chief Executive Officer
Kristian Jacobsen is a seasoned professional with a 21 year experience in multiple business industries.
During the past 10 years, Kristian has worked as a professional diver, and supervisor in the oil industry.
Kristian has been a Project Leader for multiple expeditions to search and recover IIWW aircrafts for restauration, within other search and recovery projects.
On the other hand we must mention that Kristian's biggest passion in life is without a doubt Network Marketing. He has worked the Network Marketing industry during the past 10 year's, where, together with his team he has managed to build an organization of 100,000 partners.

LARS ANDERSEN
Lars Andersen is a trained craftsman.
Lars was presented for the very first time to the Network Marketing arena back in the year 1991.
He started as off as a self employed Networker in 1995. Since this time, Lars has worked with Network Marketing with a very high level of ethic and moral. He has worked in Network Marketing as both general Networker, seated at the Advisory board, participated in leadership groups and all the way as to sitting together with Board Members.
On the previous Network Marketing company Lars worked with before TROY, Lars managed to build a downline of over 70,000 partners worldwide. Lars has a great drive, he loves Network Marketing and will do everything in his power to help everyone needing assistance.
LARS PETTER KRISTIANSEN
Lars began with his own rental company at the end of the 80’s, and since he has been self-employed.
By profession Lars works as a sound engineer, and travels around Norway on tour with various Norwegian artists.
He has worked with Network Marketing for the last 8 years. During that time he has built a very significant structure in every company he has worked with. He has always focused on the training of partners helping them to achieve success in the MLM industry.
Lars Petter says he likes the Network Marketing industry because it gives him the opportunity to meet new and interesting people to work with.
